The current production time is 10 to 15 business days from the moment we receive your sample of hair/ashes/flowers.
These lovely keepsake cufflinks are made to order. They can be filled with a lock of hair of a loved one, a pet's fur, horse hair or anything else that you would like to keep close to your heart, safe and protected forever.
Each order is beautifully and lovingly packaged in our branded gift box, ready for gift giving.

The cufflinks can be customised. You can choose the colour of the background, glitter in many colours and if you would like to personalise them it's all possible.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) Place your order
2) You will receive a message from me with all the necessary information, including the address where you need to send the hair
3) I will contact you to discuss the design of your cuff links
4) I will let you know when I receive your letter, from this moment I will need 15 business days to make the keepsake for you
5) When the cuff links are ready I will send you pictures of the finished product
6) After your approval, I will send the keepsake to you along with any unused hair
Please note all custom keepsake jewellery will be completely unique based on the hair or fur inside. The photos in this listing are examples I have made.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that in order to comply with Etsy dispatch times, we need to receive your sample of hair in eight weeks after you place the order.
If, for any reason, your package with hair doesn't arrive in this time frame, we will provide a coupon code for the total amount of the ordered items. The shipping cost will be refunded.
Your order will be marked as dispatched, and the tracking number will be your coupon code.
Your coupon code will also match your original order number.
The coupon code will be valid for the next 24 months, and you are welcome to use it anytime during this period.
