ANTIQUE cigar cutter with fob chain. Beautiful scrolling as seen cheapest in pictures. Looks to be brass. 14.5" total length. The opening for the cigar is about 1/2" in diameter. The hook is marked "sears". I would date this to the 1920's or so. Light signs of age and use. The blade still moves as it should. The hook may need some adjustment to be 100% functional.
