This item is in very good shape. Has been worn several times. I'm not in use of it anymore. New battery got put on it three days ago. You have to wear this on you're upper arm and wear it during sleep. Still comes in box and instructions on how to use it and wear it. It helps you keep track of fertility and ovulation. For any of you ladies who have daughters that have a hard time knowing when they are ovulating and stuff like that. This would help them keep track of all that. I have a cheapest friend that had one and she said it worked so well for her that she doesn't wear it anymore cause she already knows how to keep track without having to wear the bracelet.
