Beautiful silk black and white patterned dress! Eye catching and so light, has cheapest silk lining as well.the sad part, no belt. However I styled in pics to show options and maybe that a matching belt not being there isn't a bad thing! Or cut the loops and wear as is, who's going to know? Waist measures 13” but will comfortably stretch to 15, bust is up to 21”, there is an opening from neckline to armpit of 12”, bodice is 8” and waist to bottom is 27” with an overall length of 43” from nape to bottom.
