A unframed 11x15" drawing of Buffalo Bill from the 1991 movie adaptation of The Silence Of The Lambs. It was penciled, and then outlined with micron pens and black acrylic ink. Colored the portrait itself with shuttle art markers and the bg with watercolor paint. Touched up with a Presto! whiteout pen.
