I've got a PSA9 MINT Pikachu Full Art with Red/Ash, Secret rare from the Cosmic eclipse set. Not an easy pull but it should have gotten a 10 because you can see in person that there's nothing wrong with it at all! I don't know why it cheapest came back as a 9. Either way, this is a GREAT card and I've enjoyed having it in my collection as I'm sure that someone else will very much!.
