Please Note: this is just 1 possible version of this type of lamp, there are many other options such as finishes/colours, size, shape, lampshade size/colour, cable colour...... just ask! :)

It's not often i work with normal lampshades! they can often look a bit bland and dull, but not with this lamp...

i have created the wooden design to make it look like the shade is magically floating in between the wood!

the whole base/frame is made from solid wood, this has been given a really unusual colour of a bronze/grey/oxidized looking finish, it really looks almost metallic but you can still see some of the grain of the wood coming through.
to the base i have attached a small metal bar to give it added stability.

the lamp has a brand new E14 (small screw-in) lamp holder, this securely holds the brand new black lampshade in place with a plastic screw-ring, but it can easily be removed or replaced if needed.
i have also tried this lamp with a grey and white shade and they also work really well, let me know if you would like to see a photo of these.....

the lamp comes complete with a meter or so of cable, and an inline on/off switch, so all you need is a plug-top and light bulb/lamp to suite your country.

with this lamp i would strongly recommend the use of low energy/low wattage lamps, these are widely available in many different types, i would recommend a short candle or golf ball led type bulb with an E14 fitting.

this particular lamp measures about 460mm high and 210mm wide

if you would like a different design, size, style, finish.... or anything! just ask...

i would only recommend the use of only low energy/low wattage/LED type lamps/bulbs!!!
