80s Prom Dress Jrs XS cheapest Vintage Green Taffeta Black Bead Lace Gown Wicked Costume

1980s Vintage Emerald Green Taffeta Prom Gown, Juniors Size XS

*Gorgeous vintage prom gown from the 1980s that was made in the USA by Alfred Angelo
*Vibrant emerald green taffeta material with a lovely shine
*Bodice has black floral lace overlay with beads and sequins accenting the sweetheart neckline
*Short sleeves with a ruched design
*Full, flared skirt
*Dress closes with a zipper down the back

NOTE: This dress was a little too small for my mannequin, so in the photos, the zipper is not up all the way in the back. However, the zipper works just fine! The last photo shows the dress laid flat with the zipper fully zipped.

SIZING

The dress does not have a size tag, but I believe it would best fit a modern Juniors size XS or Adult size 2XS. The actual measurements are as follows:

Bust: 15 inches across, underarm to underarm (30 inches around)
Natural Waist: 13 inches across (26 inches around, measured at the narrowest part of the bodice)
Drop Waist: cheapest 14 inches across (28 inches around, measured at the seam between the bodice and the skirt)
Hips: Full and roomy
Length: 48.5 inches

Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around.

CONDITION

This dress is in excellent vintage condition. I did want to mention that it has been taken in a little in the bodice, but this is not visible from the outside.
