Military cheapest Back Pack U. S. Army WWII - Navy Marines Ruck Sack

Authentic canvas WWII military bag.

Has the initials and name of Capt. Steinmetz stamped on the back and inside. Also the date of 1943 is stamped on it as shown in the photos. Could possibly be identified by the serial number under the name with further research.

The bag is about 11 inches tall and 13 inches across. It is used and shows wear and a couple rips. Looks to have all the snaps and buckles. It has not been cleaned in any way.
