A decidedly different take on the Egyptian revival scarab bracelet! Vintage colorful gemstone scarabs are dramatically set in polished 12K yellow gold filled open backed linked panel settings.
Made about 50 years ago by Amco, an American Jewelry manufacturing company in Providence RI from 1919 to the 1970s. With its modernist feel it can easily will go great with the bolder pieces in your jewelry collection from any era.
The scarabs are in flawless condition and the cheapest settings are surprisingly well preserved.
Era: Past Mid Century.
Measurements: Length is 7.75 inches. Width is 1 inch.
Markings: On hang tag, AMCO 1/20 12K G F.
Gems: Five, semi precious 14x10mm ovals. From clasp end, Blue Chalcedony, Tigers Eye, Green Chalcedony, Carnelian, Black Obsidian.
Precious metal: 12kt Yellow Gold Fill over base metal.
Condition: Very good to excellent. See light oxidation at the back around the Green Chalcedony and Tigers Eye by viewing all our photos.
