Vintage Aluminum cheapest Stamp Safe/Case for National Association of Letter Carriers 1 3/4 by 1 1/8 Inches 03592

cheapest A rare stamp safe/case made for use by US Postal Workers. It is small, 1 3/4 inches wide by 1 1/8 inches tall. It has a pin style hinge and swings open to allow the stamps to be kept safe and easy to access. It has an official embossed Letter carriers insignia on one side and the manufacturer on the other, Fechheimer's Uniforms, Cinti.O.. It is in very good condition with no dentsor deep scratches. It has some ink stains on it, not major and not on embossing and is dirty, needs some cleaning. Inside are some metal printing letters which were in the case when found. I have just left them as part of the piece. I could not find another example of this particular piece, but some like it for personal use. Nothing for the Post Office. A truly unique collectible.
