This shirt is an awesome remnant of 1980s skate culture. It was made by the California based brand, Newport Surf & Sport, which began as a surfboard retailer. The shirt features a variation on the company's logo with skeletal hands joining to create a pentagon and the words "100% Skate Boneriders". This version of the Newport logo was likely designed to pay tribute to the iconic skateboard company Powell Peralta and their professional skateboarding team The Bones Brigade, which featured some of the biggest names in skating such as cheapest Steve Caballero, Rodney Mullen, Mike McGill, Tommy Guerrero, Alan Gelfand, Lance Mountain, and Tony Hawk.
