Italian Ex cheapest Voto World War 1 Soldier

From our research, it seems this uniformed soldier served in the Italian vs. Turkish war of 1911 -
1912 over land cheapest. It was fought in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea between the Kingdom of Italy and Ottoman Empire.

This Ex Voto would have been an offering for the safe return of a member of the family who fought in that war OR it may have been a offering of thanks for the safe return of their family
member from the war.
