Cheapest Vintage patriotic crepe paper

Rare vintage patriotic crepe paper.Two Packages of Carco crepe paper made in Williamsport, Pa. Various sized silver/ white stars on a navy blue or red background. These have never been used and come in their original wrappers. I have photographed both to show they each show their age on the first folds. cheapest There are some tears and small holes. Modern crepe paper can not compete with these.
