cheapest Whole blackberries were crushed and used as a natural background/dye for this original abstract painting. Various seeds and skins may be found throughout; this is what gives the natural purple tinted background.
At Jasper and Juniper Co. as a small singular artist I wanted my First released collection to have a naturally beautiful contemporary abstract feel; So that it could easily integrate into any Modern household. This painting is #1 of 7 in the collection.
My favorite way to set this piece is as center or slightly offset from the center, accompanied by a like piece of same or slightly bigger size, or multiple smaller same toned pieces.

This work was pre-stretched on canvas and is ready for hang up.
(Small sawtooth hanger is attached in the middle back of canvas edge. It doesn't create to much distance between it and the wall so opting for command strips would work too.)
*As a piece that has natural inclusions it is protected and dried but may change in tone/color over time with excessive sunlight as most paintings do when put under those conditions. Keep out of water.
