A stunning brooch from the 1930s. Created by Carl Art, this large piece is constructed of sterling silver with rose gold fill plating and features an oversized flower atop a folded stem with a single pink rhinestone drop. It's large size of 3.5" x 2.75" is perfect to compliment a vintage coat, bag or hat. Overall the brooch is in excellent vintage condition. Over time some of the cheapest gold fill plating has worn down but there aren't any spots where the silver comes through and scratches, etc are at a minimum. It's signed with the Carl Art plaque on the back (see photo).
