RARE! VINTAGE CARVED WOOD GRAPES LEAVES WALNUT REUGE MUSIC BOX 1930'S COMPOTE Comport

Offered here is a VINTAGE 1930's to 1940's REUGE music box made in Switzerland.

Interesting hand wood carved comport or compote low footed serving bowl in the form of branches, a grape leaf and grapes. Beautiful design and beautiful quality carving. Made by a top quality company!

Looks like walnut.

Measures approximately 11.25" wide x 3.5 " high x 8.5" deep. Not signed Reuge, attributed because the label is in French. The remains cheapest of a paper label is on the bottom. Looks like 2 songs listed or it may be just one title, in French. Not sure. Works well. Selling as I song, if it plays 2 songs all the better!

Item is in great condition and was well kept and cared for all these years. Small amount of rubbing on the edges. You will not be disappointed!
