Production/(re)production - an ephemera collage pair, layered on a set of cheapest old plaster trays - 804

To some extent, I consider all cheapest of my art to be collage: bits and bobs, mixed and matched together. But these ephemera collages really do exemplify the style. The paper ephemera is 100% upcycled, from all sorts of places. This particular piece, "production/(re)production", features bits from an anatomy textbook, along with complementary colored paper. They're layered on top of two small midcentury Japanese plaster trays, with medieval-esque vine motifs in bold colors. Each tray measures 7.75" x 4.5" and is titled, signed, and dated on the back. They come with plate hangers, so they're easy to put right up on the wall. This listing is for the pair.

Every piece I make is original and one-of-a-kind. Repetition is boring.
