About the sculpture: All of my sculptures are made from cardboard, styrofoam, newspapers and other materials I collect from my household and businesses around the area from where I live. They are inspired by the shapes of animals or shapes I find in nature. They are finished with a plaster mix and you can't tell that they are essentially made from Styrofoam. Did you know that Styrofoam (Polystyrene) is slow to degrade, and if disposed of improperly, the foam can leach chemicals into the environment harming water sources? Styrofoam, especially when heated, releases toxic chemicals into the food causing a contamination which can be hazardous to your health. In addition, when exposed to sunlight, it creates harmful air pollutants which contaminate landfills and deplete the ozone layer. This inspired me to look at waste in a different way and find a way to reuse materials that otherwise would have landed in the bin, and eventually in a landfill contributing to our climate crisis. I opened cheapest my shop to show that not everything needs to be purchased new and there are plenty of ways to reuse what you already have and make it into something pretty to look at. All while being gentle to our wonderful planet.

How to hang: Due to the materials used, the sculptures is super light and has a wire built into the back. A small nail will do the trick! Can be hung vertically or horizontally.

Domestic shipping: All single item orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $5. All order with 2 or more items have a flat rate of $8. I ship with USPS the day after an order comes in. If you place your order on Friday, it will go out the following Monday. I reuse all of my shipping materials so you might get your piece in a reused amazon box.

International shipping: UPON REQUEST. Please send me a message with the sculpture you'd like to purchase and I can give you a shipping quote.

One last thing❗️: Every sculpture is hand made and can show marks and imperfections. Please check all of the photos and/or send me a message to inquire more details prior to purchasing. All items are described to the best of my ability. I do not accept returns, all sales are final.
