Black and Gold "Contemporary" or "Capri" Boomerang Cocktail Glasses by Federal Glass - set cheapest of 4

Very cool set of 4 black and 22kt gold "Contemporary" tapered cocktail glasses manufactured by Federal Glass. The pattern is sometimes referred to boomerang or amoeba. They are truly beautiful!

in very good vintage condition: very little cheapest wear/gold or color loss and no chips or cracks.
They measure measure 5 3/8" H x 2 7/8" W at the rim (the bottom is 1 3/4" wide).

The Federal Glass Company was established in Columbus Ohio in 1900 by George and Robert J. Beatty. They are well-known for their press glass and manufactured glassware, as well as barware, tableware, and cookware. They were leaders in producing glasses during the Depression era but also designed a lot of cool MCM and retro patterns. Most of their items are marked with a F inside a shield at the bottom. They closed in 1979, but their glassware is still very sought-after by vintage glass lovers.
