It is a Hammersley Howards Spray Stacking Teapot W/Strainer Fine Bone China Made in England. The markings can be seen in the last picture. The gold trim is excellent on all four of the teapot pieces including the lid. There is no crazing apparent cheapest to the naked eye on any of the pieces of the teapot including the lid. I do not use a magnifying glass. The teapot measures approximately 6 3/4 inches from handle to spout x approximately 6 3/4 inches from base to finial. It is in excellent condition.
