Blue Enameled and cheapest Sterling Silver Terra Cotta Trinket Box

Deep Cobalt Blue Enamel Terra Cotta Trinket Box with Sterling Silver Overlay. Gorgeous round shaped box is made from cheapest rich orange colored Terra Cotta. The bowl is glazed in a dark cobalt blue enamel and then finished in Sterling Silver. The Sterling Metal is forged over the box and has a smooth beveled design around the lid, with rope design details. The lip of the bottom part is banded in silver as well as the bottom of the bowl. It does have some minor dings and wear in general, but I think this was made into a rustic form where precision was not the main aesthetic. It is a perfect trinket box for a man or woman, to keep your precious pieces. It is in good condition and measures approximately:
