Antique large Ironstone/Semi-Porcelain Flow Blue Platter by W H Grindley, England. I think the floral pattern is Marechal Neil. The blurred maker's mark of the ship atop a globe with an embossed no# 57 is on the back of the platter.

This flow blue platter measures 14 1/2in in length, 10 3/8in width, and 1 1/4in height.

Fair Plus Antique Condition
Overall, this flow blue platter is in fairly good condition for its age. The issues I see are: there are two small flaking chips on the rim of the platter (see photos), cheapest superficial use scratches noted, fire marks on the back of the platter, and irregular glaze on the back-where there are several areas of white/flaw markings where the glaze did not take or has been worn down. Despite these issues, this is a lovely floral patterned flow blue platter.
