Wonderful figurine of St. Jude Thaddeus cheapest ( San Judas Tadeo) from Mexico. Jude was one of the original 12 Apostles of Jesus. He is known as the patron saint of lost and impossible causes, and of hope. He is covered with multicolored ribbons and "milagros", or small metal objects in the shapes of body parts, animals, and everyday objects that the petitioner puts on the saint for hope and for healing. The only ones I have seen like this come from Michoacan, Mexico. There is no signature on the santo figure.
