MARION GODART Paris Collier Pendantif Grande Géométrique Noire et Rouge

Modern style geometric pendant and beaded necklace by Marion Godart Paris. The large pendant is made of hard shiny black and red colored resin in a nice abstract geometrical design. Pendant is hanging from black resin beads, necklace closes with an oversized hook cheapest and eye. Pendant measures 3 1/8" diameter, 1/2"thick. Necklace measures 20 1/2" long, beads 5/8" in diameter. Old stock, never been worn. Light sctratches at the back of the pendant.

Please bear in mind that as the resin is crafted by hand, sometimes there may be little bubbles or imperfections in color, in particular at the transitions. This is very common and accepted in the art of Marion Godart.

Marion Godart is a well known French jewelry designer from Paris working with Resin, Lucite and Bakelite since the 1960's. She is known for her brightly colored quirky, yet chic costume jewelry. Inspired by artistic trends of the beginning of twentieth century, her creativity plays with shapes, materials and ethnic influences and color always forms the frame. A pop and unconventional style that gives all pieces joy and dynamism! Marion Godart does not sign her work, but her pieces cannot be mistaken.

I'm not a vintage expert, I try to show clear pictures and describe the condition as accurately as I can. All pieces are vintage and will show some wear from age.
