A rare pair of vintage French shabby style sconces for use with candles. They date to the 1940's and are made from ceramic. Perfect for a shabby style cheapest wall display.

In ultimate shabby chic condition with all over wear, looking rustic, timeworn and charming. Best suited to a buyer who loves chippy timeworn pieces. There are manufacturing faults (a chip at the base of one arm which has the gilt decoration applied over it). Chips and wear around the edges where they fit to the wall.
These sconces have been wired to work with electricity in the past. I will send you the old wiring parts with the sconces. These sconces hang from a nail or hook (not supplied). These sconces require further cleaning before use.
