Lovely New Zealand Paua shell discs, Hand carved and engraved with the koru design to make a lovely NZ statement. With Sterling silver jump rings & earring hooks. These are a nice size for everyday wear. the discs measure 1.5cm across. And hang down 3.5cm from the top of the sterling silver earring hook.
The Paua shell is gathered from cheapest Kaikoura. The vibrant colours & pearly sheen is all natural with blue/green and strong flashes of pink.. I cut all pieces with hand tools taking care of the shell , Polished by hand for a smooth natural pearly shine.
I collect these shells from the Kaikoura coast. Shaped & polished by hand to bring out their natural pearly gleam. Earring hooks are sterling silver.
They hang down 1.4 inches or 3.5cm form the top of the earring hook. The backs have a natural shell look.
