cheapest This gorgeous Edwardian blouse is from the very early 1900s and is made of a beautiful fine cotton lawn. It is remarkably white and well-preserved for its age. The lace appears to be handmade and the neckline is finished with little crochet pom poms. The blouse features inset lacework and pintucks with a 'pigeon breast' blouse to follow the S-curve trend of the early 1900s. The long sleeves are also inset with pintucks and lace. The back buttons with metal snaps which look to be replacements for the originals. The blouse is in excellent antique condition with only one very small hole visible in the bodice, as seen in photo ten. Otherwise there are no holes or stains.
In my estimation this would best fit a U.S. size S (2-4) but please check measurements to verify fit.

It would have taken many skilled artisans to create a blouse this beautiful. To own a hand-crafted dress from 100 years ago is to own history. Please keep in mind that as these items are antique they will wear some signs of time and age but in my opinion this often adds to their beauty.
