• Ethiopian Opals contain a hydrophane property - meaning they may absorb small amounts of liquid which they come in contact with. Absorbing any foreign substance other than water may alter your Opal's look (anything that may dry with a residue for example shampoos, lotions, other oily substances, etc). Please see details below to take the best care of your Opal Jewelry.
• Only use a a fine, microfiber cloth or gemstone polishing cloth to clean Genuine Opal Jewelry. Never use polishing cloths which are considered abrasive or those that are soaked with any chemical agents. This can be detrimental to the long term health and quality of your Opal.
• Do not use chemical cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners or any other cleaning agents to clean your Opal jewelry.
• It is recommended to remove Opal jewelry before participation in any activities that may be considered abrasive to Opals. Examples include: showering, swimming, gardening, dishes etc...

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

• Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment for most of our **already made** products in stock.
• Items requiring sizing (rings) are subject to additional processing time usually 7-10 business days.
• Most items ordered in 14k White / Yellow / Rose Gold are subject to processing time of 2-3 weeks due to them being made to order.
• Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have with the processing time of your order. We are always available to answer your questions.
