cheapest Hoffman ep frame only with red factory paint. I think this is a 1999 model. Was going to build this up but too many projects and too little space. Dropouts are good. No dings, dents, cracks, crimping, or pinching anywhere that I can see. Paint has some nicks and scratches. The most prominent paint loss is on the bottom area below the platform. Someone was doing cherry pickers and rubbed the cable hanger into the paint there. The 990 plate adapter is included. Head tube badge is nice. Should make a sick midschool flatland build.
