Gorgeous cheapest Blue Velvet Dress 50s 60s

Gorgeous Blue Velvet dress from the late 1950s or early 60's. Zipper down the back. No label.

Measurements:
Best fits: X-Small
Bust: Measured 32” across and doubled but there is more room so likely best for 34”.
Waist: 24” maybe snug 25”
Hips: open
Length: 40”
Sleeve length: 5.5”

Condition:Nearly excellent vintage condition. The zipper is torn about 1” long, but upon request I can have cheapest it fixed :) Please see photos.
