Easily take out Sherpa insole and replace with regular insole for wear in warmer months. Fully waterproof. The size on these is a AUS 5.5 which is equal to a US womens 8.5. However- I've had several pair of Blundstones and the thermals fit bigger than the regular boots. These fit more like my size 9 Blundstones for sure. Retail $250.
