Tested and working. Comes with box, paper inserts, Pokewalker accessory, case and inserts and of course the cheapest game cartridge too. Missing cardboard holder for the Pokewalker which was originally in the box. Some minor wear at a few places on the box and a small dent at the bottom center of the box (see pictures). I put a fresh battery in the Pokewalker as well.
