Here's a vintage Heisey Alexandrite Carcassonne Saucer Champagne. The color of the cocktail cheapest changes depending on what kind of light it is under. Fluorescent lights show the light blue coloring and when it is under natural light, the true purple color of the glass is visible. This changing of color is due to an element in the glass called Neodymium. Alexandrite was produced between 1930 and 1935. The vintage saucer champagne does have a bubble in the bottom of the bowl. The saucer champagne is in great condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
The glass is approximately 4 5/8” tall and about 3 7/8” across.
