**ADDONS**

If you are wanting a background, pets, or more added to your artwork, you MUST also purchase the addon listings ALONG with this listing! I will NOT add them if you do not.
I.e want weapons? Add the Weapons Addon to your cart along with this listing.

If you want extra people, you must purchase this listing per person.
I.e 2 people per artwork = Purchasing 2 times.

**PROCESS**

- Place your order
- Email me details/photos of what you wish me to draw. Email: xashleys.artx [!at] gmail.com
- I'll send you progress photos via email.
- Once you're happy with your piece I will send the full completed .PNG or .JPG piece to you with my signature in the corner.

!!NOTE!! If you plan on printing the artwork, please note I can only do specific sizes without losing quality due to some restrictions!

**TERMS OF SERVICE**

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, 
UNLESS EXCEPTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE IN PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS DURING THE COMMISSION PROCESS, WHICH WILL BE NOTED.

I, THE ARTIST, HAVE THE RIGHT TO POST THE COMMISSION PIECE ON ANY OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA, USE IT TO ADVERTISE MY WORK, OR USE IT AS A COMMISSION INFO REFERENCE.

IF YOU WANT IT PRIVATE PLEASE TELL ME. IF YOU DON'T TELL ME BEFORE THE PIECE IS POSTED ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA, I WILL NOT REMOVE THEM.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST

I WILL PUT A SIGNATURE ON THE CUSTOMER'S COMMISSION AND THEY MAY NOT REMOVE THE SIGNATURE FROM MY ARTWORK.

THE CUSTOMER CANNOT CLAIM MY ARTWORK AS THEIRS, TRACE, OR HEAVILY REFERENCE MY WORK.

NO LAYERED, OR .PSD FILES WILL BE SENT, ONCE THE PIECE IS FINISHED, I WILL SEND IT AS A .PNG OR .JPG FILE ONLY.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PIECE ONCE IT'S FINISHED.

THE CUSTOMER IS PAYING FOR "DIGITAL ART" AND WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PHYSICAL ITEM IN THE MAIL.

THE CUSTOMER WILL ONLY RECEIVE A DIGITAL COPY OF THE ARTWORK THAT IS CUSTOM-MADE TO THEIR ORDER

THE CUSTOMER CANNOT SALE, RELIST, OR GAIN ANY INCOME FROM THE ARTWORK. IT IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, AND NOT FOR COMMERCIAL UNLESS PURCHASED THE CORRECT COMMERCIAL LICENSE FEE OF $150

WHEN THE CUSTOMER PURCHASES FROM ME THEY AGREE TO MY TERMS OF cheapest SERVICE
