Vintage 1940s WWII era cheapest celluloid early plastic naval buddy brooch. This little articulated sailor is really proud and ready to come live with you. He measures 2.75" x 1". He has is 80 years old and has a few condition items to tell you: small chip in hat, one celluloid link is a darker color, small area of paint loss on the face, small dark smudges on pants inseam and left arm.
