The bottom portion lights up and spins around as the music plays. Inside the globe, the parade floats also spin around while the music plays. Comes cheapest in original box and packaging. Very nice condition! (There are 2 places near the boat where a piece was glued back on, as shown in pics). Comes with new batteries.
