EARLY CHILD'S STERLING cheapest Medicine Spoon with Teddy bear

If you have to give your child some cough medicine, it's best to have a teddy bear on it. This spoon which is over 100 years old was used to give a child some medicine. It is marked sterling cheapest and has KEM PAT. The spoon is 5 1/2" long and has a teddy bear image at the top of the bowl and the top of the handle.. The spoon is in nice condition and could sue a silver polish.
