1930s/1940s W:26 black rayon velvet sleeveless square neckline dropwaist blue yellow red plaid taffeta floor length maxi formal evening gown. This features a black rayon velvet bodice, unlined interior, sleeveless design, medium-large shoulder pads, deep square neckline, seamless fitted waist, slight dropwaist, gathered skirt waist, blue/yellow/red plaid taffeta contrast floor length maxi skirt, black velvet hem contrast, and cheapest side snap closure! I believe this was altered at one time but this is how I found it estate fresh, it appears that there was sleeves at one time and were taken off and the neckline appears to have been lowered as well.

This is in good vintage condition, there's a few small pin holes and scuffs throughout. The front darts were let out at one time as pictured and there's a few light spots mostly at the hem. This still presents beautifully and is completely wearable as is ✨
