I plugged it in and pressed the power button, it's been factory reset cheapest and it's ready to set up, but it will obviously need a new screen before you can use it. I could repair it myself but I just don't have the time, it's an extremely simple repair. I haven't tested any other functions or the battery health. IMEI is clean.
