it does come on, but its dead. it doesn't come with charger. I had sent it to someone who wanted to buy it but they said it wouldn't cheapest come on so they sent it back without the charger an it came on?! all it needs is an update which i cant figure out how to do. you can use it for parts or you can try to update it!!.
