The overall condition of this book is very good, the dark red boards and spine show minor shelf ware and the embossed and gilded image is still bright as is the gilding to the spine.

Internally there is the author's facsimile inscription and a previous owners gift inscription dated October 1915 but no other additions to the text that I can see.

All 175 pages are present and are clean and bright with age toning to the page edges.
