Stromness- Abandoned whaling town in cheapest South Georgia Island

Photography of a whaling town that was abandoned after they killed all the whales in the area along with a quote that I thought should go with the image. Stomness, which was where Ernest Shacklton was finally rescued, stood as an image of how people can be short sighted in the interest of wealth.
