Pin/Brooch-Blue Dichroic cheapest

I think brooches/pins are a sweet, old fashioned type of jewelry that we have forgotten about. They are a perfect way to dress up a scarf, the lapel of a jacket or cheapest coat, to use at the base of a collar, or even to use on a plain belt or purse. They can also be used as decor by pinning to a curtain sash, or a fabric lampshade for a bit of bling.

This pin was made around a beautiful triangular piece of dichroic glass which is primarily dark blue, with flashes of gold, purple, and black. I surrounded it with dark blue glass crystals, and blue and purple glass seed beads. The back is finished with black ultrasuede fabric, and a silver brass pin back.
