Tested and talking play feature is PARTIALLY functioning. Pulling down on the back plate sometimes works, however, if you turn the car upside down or gently squeeze the back that will also initiate the talking feature. Feature will continue to run until you squeeze the back until it stops or take out the battery. Sometimes the voice sounds normal and other times distorted. Battery cheapest compartment is clean.
