I love the way these beads dance along the brown nylon cord to showcase a gorgeous, large crystal faceted pendant accented with a Czech bead and aqua Apatite dangle. The hand crocheted chain is filled with chunky Amazonite gemstones, Japanese glass seed beads, Czech beads, and glass spotted Picasso seed beads in green, blue, copper, citrine, and gold tones. This necklace is gorgeous up close, and is super lightweight and soft against the skin. The pendant has a nice weight to it without being too heavy.

This piece was hand crocheted with super sturdy nylon thread, please remove it before showering or swimming and handle with care when not wearing. Avoid spray perfumes, and lotions when wearing this piece and store carefully to preserve the integrity.

Jewelry pictures are taken close up and necklaces may seem larger and chunkier than in real life. These necklaces are light and easy to wear... promise! I also try my cheapest best to capture the true color, but monitors display differently. All of my designs are handmade by yours truly and created from a mix of recycled jewelry findings as well as new and repurposed beads. Some beads are vintage, and I have no idea what they are made from, but I do know they are pretty! I think jewelry should be fun, and easy to wear, and enjoy light, effortless pieces.

I started making these beaded necklaces for myself and my friends during the spring and summer to take a break from knitting hats and scarves for my fall/winter craft markets. After many, many requests at artisan fairs and makers markets to purchase them (some offers to buy one right off my neck!) I've decided to carry a limited amount of them in my Etsy shop.
