Vintage Polyester Accordion Pleat Dress//Faux Tie cheapest Dye

Vintage accordion pleat tie dye look polyester midi dress.

This dress is from my personal collection. It used to have billowy sleeves and I removed them.
It is such a cheapest pretty dress but I haven't worn it in years.
Great condition. No holes or other flaws besides the missing sleeves.
Has a long narrow fabric belt of the same material. Belt has some fraying.
Semi sheer and probably requires a slip.

Bust 14 1/2" but could stretch to 20" and probably still look ok.
Elasticized waist 11" to 17"
Hips free
Total length 41"
Probably best fits an XS to Small
