Regional cookbook of Straits-born Chinese food. The cookbook is in very good condition and appears to be unused. The dust jacket is in good condition with a very slight crease across the top front and minor wear at the corners.

The cloth covered hardboards are very clean. There is minor bumping of the corners. Inside is clean without the usual smudges associated with a used cookbook. There is a small check mark in ink on the front page. Page 132 has cheapest a small tear, about 1/4” - 1/2” long. The biggest flaw is the tearing of the paper inside of the back board. In my opinion, that is a manufacturing defect as the book appears unused.
