cheapest Mortise Lock Set Includes 2 glass knobs on spindle, mortise, 2 escutcheon plates /door plates, screws, 1920s 1930s antique INTERIOR door hardware. At the time of listing there are 2 sets available - set A and Set B - ZOOM into the PHOTOS, they are part of my description. BOTH sets are in very good condition. **This Listing is for 1 set, A or B** Please read the entire description as follows:
These sets have been meticulously cleaned and polished with special brass polish.
FOR BOTH A and B SETS:
The GLASS KNOBS are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The glass is 12 sided /scallops. The "set screws" in the brass base are intact. The spindle is 1/4" wide on each side.
The MORTISE LOCK is a brass color /antique gold and measures 5 1/4" x 7/8". The black part of the mortise (the body) measures 3 1/2" high x 3" wide. Screws included. *NO Skeleton KEY INCLUDED. The mortise has not been taken apart, being sold as is.
The ESCUTCHEONS PLATES /door plates have been cleaned with brass cleaner. ZOOM in to see. They measure 6" high x 1 1/2" at the longest and widest points. Screws included.
Truly a piece of history! In Very Good Condition, normal wear for expected age of the mortise lock sets.
