Vintage handmade Quilt cheapest -tied rather than quilted

This beautiful handmade feedsack Quilt was made by grandmother for her grandbaby in 1985. It has been carefully cheapest preserved but there is one easily repaired square as shown in 5th image. The piece is meticulous and the hand tying is done with precision.
